有機(jī)熱載體加熱爐是以煤、油、生物質(zhì)等為燃料，以導(dǎo)熱油為介質(zhì)，利用循環(huán)油泵，強(qiáng)制導(dǎo)熱油進(jìn)行液相循環(huán)，將熱能輸送給用熱設(shè)備后，再返回加熱爐加熱。由于在較低壓力下就能獲得較高的工作溫度(300C左右)，且可以精確的控制工作溫度，因此系統(tǒng)效率高。該型鍋爐運(yùn)行維修方便，是一種安全、高效、節(jié)能的供熱設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用于紡織印染、油漆烘干、化工塑料、建材、人造革、人造板、木材生產(chǎn)等行業(yè)。
